| Healthy Relationships
groups are designed as same-gender and mixed-gender
group sessions for men and women who may or may
not realize that they have patterns of finding
themselves in unhappy, unrewarding and possibly
dangerous relationships, many times with uncaring
or abusive partners. Patterns of relationship
are examined to spotlight irrational beliefs about
sex, romance and relationships. Communication
skills and boundary awareness allow those who
are in functional, rewarding relationships to
maintain those relationships.
