Dr. Harvey is the founder of Counseling & Consulting Services. He has thirty-five years of professional experience in behavioral health, developmental disabilities, education, and criminal justice services. He specializes in program development, consultation, and training expertise in behavior change approaches to benefit children, adults, organizations, and communities.

Rebecca Rountree, B.A.
Consultant
Rebecca is a native Arizonan who received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of Arizona and has 30 units of post graduate work towards her Master of Arts in education. She has 20 years experience in the field from numerous milieu including inpatient, residential, education, individual and group therapy, and is a certified and experienced wrap around facilitator. Rebecca’s primary focus has been working with children, families and their needs, developing and implementing behavior plans in the home, school and elsewhere. Rebecca’ recent experience with adults in the mental health system has rounded out her experiences to allow her to provide counseling and consulting services for individuals with developmental disabilities, their families, and support staff in group homes and school environments here at CCS. |

Angel Viano, M.A., L.A.C.
Consultant
Angel is a consultant for the DBS team at CPES-Counseling & Consulting Services Tucson office since 2010 and provides Positive Behavior Supports, Counseling and Applied Behavior Analysis services to our clients. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona, has a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wayne State University and has worked in the field of behavioral health for 16 years. During this time, Angel has been a crisis clinician, trainings facilitator, substance abuse counselor, habilitation services provider and now behavioral consultant. She has extensive experience working closely with individuals having developmental disabilities, mental health issues and problem behaviors. Angel is skilled in consulting with families, schools, residential facilities, day programs and treatment teams utilizing approaches and strategies from Positive Behavior Supports (PBS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and from the field of behavioral health. |

Mrs. Negron has over 10 years’ experience working in the financial field in New York City. She is currently responsible for reviewing and processing referral, probation billing, process CDL, generate MPR reports, and manage A/R, answer phone, data entry and other administrative duties for Counseling & Consulting Services, Tucson, AZ. Originally from Westchester, New York she relocated to Tucson in 2008. She was previously employed with Sears Holding as a payroll specialist for 600 services technicians in three different states. She has attended and completed her education from Pima Medical in Tucson and received her certification as a MA with honors. Lashawn is also a public notary. |
